I hired them and a guy named Oscar did all the work. He was great! I talked to him a lot to make sure he knew what was up and he did. Redid the entire structure under my in-law suite and shored it up. Replaced all the joists and beams and added missing piers with good footings. Replaced the real wood flooring, cabinets, plumbing, painting and even electrical. The home was collapsing, now it's making me $2300 a month in rent. Thanks for the construction work Sunshine.
