Meet Thomas Kelting, Our Founder
Thomas Kelting, the driving force behind Sunshine Handyman and Sunshine Home Inspection, brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to the table. With a solid foundation in home repairs and a deep passion for construction, Thomas learned the ropes from his father and spent countless hours renovating his childhood home. These early experiences not only shaped his DIY skills but also helped put him through college as he worked part-time in construction.
Thomas's educational journey eventually led to a Masters Degree in meteorology, and he embarked on a successful career in television, serving as a meteorologist for over a decade. However, his heart remained rooted in the world of construction and home improvement.
In 2010, Thomas established Sunshine Home Inspection in the vibrant city of New Orleans. Since then, he's been dedicated to providing top-notch home inspection services while also managing a team of experts who excel in renovations and handyman work throughout the town.
